Vinny actually performed two different inspections for me and thanks to his findings I backed out a purchasing a house that had a lot of problems and would have been a money-pit. His second inspection also helped me to obtain a reasonable seller closing costs credit for repairs. He is knowledgeable in all aspects of the home from structural, electrical, to plumbing and beyond. He is punctual to his appointments and takes the time to walk through the home in detail and answer all of your questions, spending over 3 hours per inspection. His reports are very detailed and clear. He also offers thoughtful suggestions on improvements/alterations to the property and even showed me how to correctly drain a steam furnace! Vincent inspected a home for us last Sunday. He is very professional and experienced. The whole process took about 3 hours and he was very thorough during the inspection. He is also very honest and told us there is no proper way to conduct radon test when tenants are living in the house, because radon tests requires the house’s windows and doors be close for couple of days. He’d rather make less money than doing an inappropriate radon test. He sent us a report the next day and the report was well written. Overall, we are very satisfied with his work.
